Torrescalla has 60 single rooms, with en-suite or shared bathrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning and are furnished in a functional and modern way.
The rooms are designed to accommodate college students and include: a desk, spacious wardrobes, a shoe rack and large windows.
Rooms are cleaned daily and linens are changed weekly.

The Residence provides full board, with three main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a nice snack every day! Daily self-service meals cater to a healthy and balanced diet, and we chat in the dining room and eat as a family. On special occasions, celebrated as they are at home, everything is taken care of and special lunch and dinner are served.
The restaurant of our Residence is attentive to the needs of the students. Menus that favor a healthy and balanced diet will be developed; subjects suffering from food allergies or intolerances will have the opportunity to choose from the dishes proposed those excluding the limiting ingredient. In detail, the following diets and food intolerances can be managed: lactose, vegetarian, cholesterol, beer yeast, dried fruit, etc. The restaurant does not provide for the preparation of diets that require separate processes, such as diets in which the foods must be weighed or diets in which the elimination of a particular ingredient is expected compared to the traditional menu (e.g. salt-free diet, without nickel, slimming, for celiacs, for vegans).
A specialized team takes care of housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services so that you really feel at home.
Bed linens are changed and undergarments are washed and ironed weekly.
Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily.
